Main Street Apartments

In 2006, Hebron expanded services to include permanent housing by acquiring the four-unit Main Street Apartments in Waukesha. The facility offers two-bedroom apartments to qualified low-income families in our community at significantly below market rates.

Summit Hills Apartments

Summit Hills is a two-building, 8-unit complex owned and managed by Hebron Housing Services. Hebron built and opened Summit Hills in 2014, providing eight low-income housing units for individuals with disabilities. The complex is part of HUD's Section 811 project rental assistance contract, or PRAC, which allows persons with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the community by subsidizing rental housing opportunities that provide access to appropriate supportive services.
